My training out of the water is as important as my training in the ocean. It’s how I increase my strength, improve muscle tone, take my endurance to new heights, and how I clear my head. Energy is everywhere; it’s what fuels us, drives us and brings us together. I wanted to create a platform where we can come together and inspire each other.

I’ve spent over 10 years learning how to train my body for the best possible results. My approach to training is all about balancing variety with consistency; focussing in on the areas we need to improve, while regularly introducing new challenges to keep taking your fitness to the next level. So, I’ve created two different training programs to share all my secrets with you.

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE TO START?
My FITZ programs are designed for all fitness abilities. All the exercises are time-based so that you can work at the pace that’s right for you. It’s about quality, not quantity. If you’re brand-new to exercise, I recommend consulting with your GP first. You can start any of my programs with a 7-day free trial to see if they’re right for you.
IS THIS PROGRAM FOR SURFERS?
They are for everyone! I designed both FITZ programs to help you get fit, lean and strong. We’ll use resistance and high-intensity training in time-efficient sessions to work your whole body for maximum results. If you’re a surfer, you’ll find exercises in both my programs that will improve your mobility and flexibility, increase your paddle fitness and endurance, and build some serious core strength and power for better turns. So whether you’re a surfer or not, you’ll be working towards awesome results 🙂
